Return & Exchange Policy

Q&M will accept, for refund or exchange, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, sauces unopened and free of damages by the customer. For a full refund or exchange, mail out your item within 21 days from the receipt of the original order. Items must be returned with all Q&M tags/packaging still attached.
